Stinking smell and rats at Truworths
<p>I am a regular cash customer at the Adderley store and I am very disgusted in the horrible smell that's in that store everytime I shop there and I could swear I saw a rat too. I feel very sorry for the people working in that enviroment....its not good for the people's weel being...if this is gonna go on like this I will take my business somewhere else...no person can shop or work in such enviroment.</p>

We acknowledge that we are currently experiencing a problem with an unpleasant odor at the store referred to in your post.
Whilst we are currently working together with the Property-owner to eradicate this odor, the measures taken have not deemed to be as effective as we anticipated. We are therefore taking further measures in getting more specialized services to alleviate and possibly eliminate this issue.
