Stinking attitudes

So my mother sent me to your Truworths man branch in Maponya mall to go buy clothes for my nephew who will be going on a rugby tour next week. When we arrived at the store I spoke to a very helpful gentleman at the door to whom I explained and showed the letter. He advised that he would speak to the lady manger but we can go ahead and look around. We proceeded to choose clothes for him. While walking around I noticed the till lady speaking to another lady carrying my documents so I went closer and advised her that it belonged to me. She was also helpful and advised that it was okay but my mother didn't state the limit. I told her I was there to make sure my nephew doesn't go over a certain amount. We continued looking around while my nephew chose what he wanted. I walked around with my 4 year old daughter while I took a photo of her and myself. When I turned around I noticed this lady in a blue truworths staff shirt giving us the look but I ignored her a proceeded to help my nephew. We got to the till and put the clothes on the counter mind you the till lady doesn't even acknowledge us proceeded to shout to the lady with blue shirt who gave us the look. They we busy talking about us like we were not there. They lady in the blue shirt even had the nerve to shout across the shop "Babarumile" yoh I flipped and asked the till lady why doesn't she acknowledge us and explain to us what is happening instead of talking like we not there. The lady in the blue shirt came to the till I also asked her the same thing she kept quiet like she doesn't hear me and continued swapping the card. I don't know if it's a kasi thing where the "I don't care" attitude works because people don't complain. I work in the hotel industry customer service is one thing I'm very passionate about and I will not allow being treated like we came to *****. Unfortunately if it wasn't for my nephew I would have told them to shave it up their stinking attitudes. The till lady said she was new maybe training on customers service before being put on the front. The lady with blue shirt she looked like she has been there long enough to know right from wrong. We spent R1610 and my mom still had enough credit left. FIX THAT JUDGEMENTAL ATTITUDES.
