Stinking attitude # bad customer service

First week of January was called by truworths cause was suppose to pay my account on the 2nd of January, so I made arrangement with them to pay on the 15 because schools were suppose to open. I transport school children that's my Hustle.

Xolani called firstly I didn't like the way he spoke to me it's like I didn't pay my account internationally people working for truworths have that tendency of making u feel like you are a kid, they are so rude the fact that they earn their salary every month make them think like they are on top of the world. I find myself in this setuation I'm not responsible for this lockdown. Xolane disrespected me he doesn't know how to talk to other human being. I'm so hurt he even called again today with his bad attitude.
