still waiting on truworths to fix things

after waiting now more than two weeks for my order truworths sends me an sms to apologise for the delay saying i will receive an email with a voucher , and just like i am waiting on my order i am waiting on the voucher which was never sent . this is becoming a bit ridiculous now i think
