STILL NO DELIVERY
It was my first time buying online and I am totally disappointed in Truworths. My order was placed on the 05th of January 2021. From there I only received an email confirming my order and to track it, however to my surprise if you check out as a guest you cannot track your order you either need to call or send an email. So I went the most cost-effective way and sent an email for which I received no response. I thereafter receive an SMS telling me my order is being prepared and will be delivered to me soon. So from the 05th my order was not prepared??? really I order from TFG group which I have never had problem order on the exact same day and my order from them has been delivered. So what is the problem with Truworths??? The sad thing is this was my first time ordering and this is what I receive. Thank you very much Truworths I will not be ordering any time soon from you.

Now you tell me how can something I ordered in one order be in separate parcels?? and how can one still be in Johannesburg hub???? A order from the 05th January 2020 to date is still not delivered and still in Johannesburg??? I cannot believe a company big as Truworths can provide such service.

I need my order to be cancelled and my money refunded back to me. This is ridiculous and one thing I refuse to accept this kind of service. Truworths clearly does not value customers and they are definitely not customer service orientated. Now I am literally begging for service begging for my goods. No. This is not what online shopping is all about. I do online shopping and never experienced such.
I trust my refund will be handled promptly. Hence my sales order was not.
