The only alternative is to courier it back to me to Naboomspruit.

To go through this hole ordeal with staff mocking which I record on my cellphone, Charmaine I can't get hold of a Head Office just to clear the matter.

The store manager I still waiting for to return the items by couries..

The goods are in perfect condition with tags on why can the just give me a credit to buy other clothes.

I really which you can sort this. Can you please refer this to senior staff who new how to handle a customer and solve a problem. Much appreciated

Selomie Maritz
Thank you for your post.
As explained in our initial response to your concerns, we will gladly credit or exchange any merchandise deemed unsuitable provided it is returned with the original invoice; the swing ticket is still attached and the item has not been worn or used.
We have liaised with the relevant Store Manager who informed us that your exchange could not be authorised as it did not comply with the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy. We believe that you were not in possession of the proof of purchase and also provided an incorrect date of purchase. We established that a bank statement, showing the transaction date, was requested of you but to date this has not been provided.
If you are unable to provide us with your original proof of purchase or the requested bank statement, we will not be able to credit the items for you. Arrangements will then be made, as per your request, to courier the items to you but at your own cost.
We regret that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your query, but trust that you will be able to accept our stance in this matter.
Kind regards,
Charmaine
