Still have not received a card
<p>I opened an account in Feb and still have not received any card. When I go to the store they call head office and they keep saying I will be issued a card within 3 working days. Today I still have not received anything I'm even considering closing my account cause of this pathetic service.</p>

Upon investigation we established that an account card was issued to you on 23 April 2017 and 15 May 2017. We are unable to establish why these cards was not delivered via the postal service as we currently have the correct address listed and have not received returned mail for your account.
Following our telephonic conversation, we regret that you have decided to close your account with us and hope to see you in our stores again soon.
