Still awaiting paid up letter

I paid my account in full on the 23rd of March in store and sent the proof of payment through to Brooks and Luyt attorneys the same day. I have since sent 5 emails requesting a paid up letter and requested they they update ITC accordingly and not once have I received a response. I find this shocking. I want my paid up letter! This is beyond a joke.
