Stay away from Truworths online shopping

The below orders have been pending since 25 and 30 July respectively. Within 2 days, 3 of 5 items were out of stock. The other item still in progress. Only 1 item was delivered to the store so far. You claim to deliver items within 5-7 working days. I have made numerous calls only to be told that the items are with a driver. I needed the outfits for an event which has since passed. Now I just want my money refunded. I don’t have a Truworths account and you guys have just lost me as a client.

I am tired of excuses and promises.

Just refund my money.
