STAY AWAY FROM TRUWORTHS ONLINE - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Still no order received ..... and far without the turn around time... after three separate calls to the customer care line...... the customer service here speaks for it self. if you do send an email or a review on hallo peter, your are rep**** to with a vague response with a "are you stupid" implication same goes for the call center!

The previous review and answer received speaks for it self, and I still have not received my order !!!!! and I have absolutely no hope in receiving it or even getting a refund!!!!!

Pathetic customer service Safe to say, the day I didn't go ahead with opening an account with Truworths I made the right decision! I ordered a items online for delivery... one week later still no parcel, I received an sms confirming its dispatch and delivery today 2/2/22 ... still no package... I emailed their service desk and got very abrupt answers to a simple request. The customer service is pathetic!!!!
