Statements not received

Good day,

Since the 26th October I have sent 3 requests for a copy of my statement. I don't receive one each month automatically. I have no idea what is being received and the outstanding balances etc. So even when I ask for the statement it isn't sent. It is a bit ridiculous and time consuming.
