Staff working in cahoots with ********s

Worst store to have a account with, recently someone changed all my personal details with a *****ulent 🆔 in store, from my knowledge if your personal details are changed in store the person changing it should verify the existing details. Some staff at truworths are obviously working in cahoots with the ********s giving our personal details. They bought on my account for R4600, after contacting the ***** department fair enough they confirm it was *****. The lady from the ***** department Bronwyn cannot answer as to why a copy of the id was not made and who and how my details was changed. Obviously the person changing the details were involved. Point is don't trust this store with your confidential details because it's not protected as per the popia act.
