Staff won't let you buy products

Truworths at Hemingway Mall East London refuses to let me buy shoes. I wanted to buy shoes but they don't have my size; the guy at the shoe section said I must go to counter to order then I can fetch next week. Staff is refusing to order the product since I don't have an account. I am leaving the country in 3 weeks so I don't want to open an account. They tell me to go online - I go online and the product says I must enquire in store. So now I am left completely unable to buy the product and the staff could not care less and have no problem losing a sale. Completely unacceptable - wonder what management thinks of lost sales due to unrealistic processes and unhelpful staff.
