Staff mock clients
I purchased 2 items in February and went for a weekend away. I thought that the slip is in the parcel that I need to return items that was not suitable. The tags and tickets in place and was not removed.

When I went back to Truworths there were 4 ladies ad the payment counter. I took R 2700.00 worth of goods to buy and to credit the 2 items I returning. The staff has ball in laughing and chatting in their language. I later learned that the manager was not there and eventually I was able to speak to him on the phone after an hour.

Next day I met him at the strore. I is not interested in helping me unless I have the exact dat and time I purchased the 2 items.

I left the items there and is still waiting for him to call me give a solution. Please Truworths go back on your records and se how much I spend at Truworths in the past.

Due to my business I either pay cash or on bank card. I do not want my money back I just want to exchange the goods.
