*********** Staff at truworths lenasia

Purchased some items online and requested for the items to be collected from truworths trade route mall in lenasia, received a delivery confirmation via sms and went to the store on the 16-02-24 to collect, upon collection i showed the lady behind the till the sms ref and a digital copy of my ID as I never had physically on me as I was coming back from work I even gave them my truworths credit card but they refused to help me. The store manager and the cashier don't give a **** pathetic service from them. I showed her my id/drive license that was on my phone but still refused to help me. No care attitude from the manager and cashier....pathetic...that's why we choose to shop online then go a store for the same reasons the employees don't give a ****
