Spoiled product from Truworths beauty

A week ago I bought a Revatilizing supreme moisturiser from Estee Lauder at the Truworths store at Eastgate. I bought it specifically to take it with me on holiday. Last night upon taking it out if the box I saw the lid was not correctly closed and when I opened it the moisturiser cream is discoloured and is now a jelly like substance. Obviously the container was incorrectly closed for a long time and the contents is now spoiled. I am extremely angry. I am on holiday far from any main cities and now I am unable to use this cream which I paid a lot of money for. How is there no quality control at the stores?
