Spam callers and unhelpful staff

I keep getting spammed with phone calls and sms' saying that I was listed as a slow payer with a total due of R750.00 and that my name is Thabo. Neither of which are true.

Attempts to remove myself from this list and these calls/sms' have been unsuccessful as the caller states they'll remove my number, but I'll get another call a few minutes later. Extremely unprofessional. When I call back I just get taken to the Truworths helpline which isn't very helpful.
