Southgate Truworths worst customer service

I am currently busy working and I had an order delivered to southgate Truworths.. I asked if my partner could go and pick up the item ..I had sent him my ID copy and the sms.. and truworths southgate nicely says I must write a letter and bring his ID and my ID what utter bull**** is that when we do house delivery you don't ask all that *** . You leave it with the security. You are gna get a piece of my mind tomorrow !!! You retards
