Southgate branch you can do better

I went to return a perfume yesterday morning 03/02/2025 at Southgate mall and before I went there I checked online if they do sell the brand so when I got to the store the lady working at cosmetics ic was not happy that I came to return and was looking for all possible reasons not to assist me, she started off by saying they don't have the specific brand and I literally had to walk to the shelves to show her and her response was "ohh let me call the manager" while waiting for the manager she asked for the receipt and immediately said sorry we don't have cash but the purchase was on credit not cash, she was just ready to dismiss me that's the reason she could even see that I bought it on account.. Finally the manager was there as she was processing the turn the manager was also trying so hard not to authorise, she said but you have 14days to return but it's clearly stated on the slip that it's 30days so they had no choice but to assist me eventually.. I must say it was really disappointing that I even the manager is not aware of the business rules..
