Sorry garment but the same retail price/ ***

Hope this mail find you well.
I bought a white dress at thruworths Eloff which had make up,spoke to Sandra the team leader advising that the dress cost R699 even if it is dirty and she advised that she cannot discount it based on the condition of the garment.
I bought the items as I needed a white dress,but I'm terms of consumer protection you are misleading clients to buy defect good at the same retail price.

The matter was escallate to an area manager called Walter ,he called me and the issue was promptly sorted out . he advised the procedure of what I must do if I find myself in the same situation.
