SO OVER THIS TRUWORTHS BS!

Where do I start... NEVER had a issue with Truworths for over 17years that I am with them and after the lockdown... OH MY GOSH!!!!! All of a sudden my installment goes up a little by little... I PAY EVERY MONTH! All of a sudden I owe R100 more... then I get messages warning me that they will make my name bad if I don't pay R1240 IMMEDIATELY, then I make the payment for R1 240... a THREE WORKING DAYS later after the payment has reflected then I get another message to pay R1 100 IMMEDIATELY OR.... WHAT THE HECK PEEPS! If you trying to make money from the loss made from the lockdown or whatever your reasons are for adding onto our accounts it is not our fault! Why have I never struggled and now since lockdown you are irritating me...? Then they call me almost everyday and when I answer the call automatically hangs up from their side EVERY TIME! My phone records the calls if you maby want to say that I am telling lies... I CAN NOT DEAL WITH THIS **** SERIOUSLY!

WATCH OUT FOR THEM RATHER GO TO FOSCHINI OR OPEN A WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNT... ANYTHING JUST NOT THEM. GO LOOK AT THE OTHER REPORTS!

DEAR TRUWORTHS.... I request an IMMEDIATE statement from February 2020 until February 2021. I bet because you made the total higher and higher every month in lockdown (and we didn't even spend anything on the account) you probably have added over a R1000 interest. WATCH OUT FOR THEM PEOPLE, YOU ARE WARNED.

Also, I want the settlement amount because apparently if you don't settle the account the correct way they also make money from you. Look at the reviews... there are people that paid up and are STILL STRUGGLING WITH THEM.
