Someone needed to warn me about truworths
I bought a phone from truworths in March took it back in May due to a system update it needed then it never switched on now im being told i need to pay R2600 for repairs for a phone i bought R3200

All i want is my phone back on..

How can you as a brand tell a consumer to speak to the middleman when they weren't present in that transaction initially
