Some time last week I went to Truworths Man Jubilee mall to collectan order

Some time last week I went to Truworths Man Jubilee mall to collectan order. I use a crutch to walk due to problems with my knee. As soon as I got to the cashiers, I was told not to stand in the queue and offered a chair. They went to retrieve my parcel and brought it to me while I was seated. When we finished with the transaction I was actually offered for one of the staff to carry my parcel to my car! Wow, need I say more?? Thank you, your awesome efforts are much appreciated!
