Sold old used watch and treated like a ***** and a dog

I bought a watch a truwoeths the sales person assisting me. Never showed it to me.when I opened the watch .I realised thatvit looked used i then called the shop and thy guy I spoke to her name is ITU he was so rude to me telling that i should come and they'll decide when thy see it.the follow day I couldn't make it i called the shop 3 times explaining that my mom in law was sick .she was even admitted and i couldn't make it.today when i get to the shop sane ITU guy is super rude telling me they have to wait for the sales person who was helping me to come back b4 they can assist me.he refused until I i asked for the store manager who came and we called the lady who assisted me and she said ddnt I check the watch over the counterbas she was scanning it.i need my new watch or money back asap.Truworths Menlyn horrible service. Hopefully this will get their head office attention and my issue will be solved
