So Frustrated with the Online and Call centres

Online orders always late...I got caught in this twice already....Ordering something for a special occassion and it NEVER arrives before the time, even though you ordered it 7 working days or more before your function. Another thing is they are super quick to phone you when you are late in any payment...but if you pay via EFT, it takes 4 to 5 working days for monies to reflect in their account...and believe me they phone you over and over even though the issue is on their side. Ridiculous. I sell cars and I HAVE NEVER waited more than 2 working days for monies to reflect in our account!!! Catch a wake up Truworths...you are losing clients by the day. No problems on my Woolies or Mr Price card...Monies shows within 2 days. Will give Credit where Credit due. Your store at the Midlands mall is very friendly and professional.
