my daughter went to open an account with them , she is 19 she has 1 account with mr price, and identity , and have a credit card with nedbank , she gets a salary of 15 000 pm witch she just saves and only pay that 2 accounts with her credit record is excellent i know we checked it ! she spends 40 min with a very rude consultant on the phone asking her questions like she is a ******** then she tells her stop asking ur mom for answers your a grown up now ! who gives you the right to talk to her like that ? are you jealous coz she is doing better than you on a younger age than you ? then they sent us sms your approved for a lousy 1000 credit what a lough , then 2min later no sorry its declined , we went straight to edgars got approved for 5000 credit in 10 min !!! seriously what is your peoples problem ? you made her feel like **** for nothing ! she can buy a car for 200 000 tomorrow at a bank if she wants , but you have a problem ? pfff in my eyes your the ones losing coz we wont ever buy from your store again !!!!
