Shocking service received at Truworths Midlands mall in Pietermaritzburg! I went there to do a simple exchange, A so called manager told a cashier they need a card ok l had no problem with dat a procedure is a procedure I get dat. Bt what ****ed m off was dat my sister who bought m a dress did not hv it with her when I phoned her, so I asked to speak to a manager a cashier went to call her I waited almost 30 mins she never came out of her office if it weren't for Daphney I wouldn't hv got help at least some1 in dat particular branch knw what is service! A so called "manager" Stephanie never came out of her office until I left. Superiors of Truworths pls properly train your managers abt customer service b4 u place them in positions.
