SMS ****

I've got an sms from truworths stating I have a R1000 voucher waiting if I open up account NOW. I thought ok good I dont need an account from truworths because i buy all my clothes cash. But got an sms later to find out I do not qualify for an account. This is actually bad because now I'm sitting with an enquiry on my report which will be there for 24months and also brought my credit score down which took me 6 months to build to what it is now. This is bull**** I want this enquiry deleted from my credit report and I want to be taken off your system if you cant give me an account dont send stupid messages saying I can get can one. I want this sorted asap please
