Slow service on sending settlement letter
<p> my account was handed over to DMC who harassed me for payment , they gave me an offer and I settled the account and I settled it now they say I need to wait 30 days to receive a paid up letter which is extremely too long for just sending a letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my settlement letter this week.</p> <p>Id number: ********** 254089</p>
