Slow delivery as always

Slow delivery I ordered last week on the 26 of July then the next day I ordered at woolworths on the 27th of July guess what the next day I received my woolworths order but with truworths still pending please improve on your service. How can you take more then 4 days to outsource a simple order. Ordering online is a nightmare for real no sense of urgency.
