Slow delivery and none effective delivery
Truworths and Identity should learn from TFG group when coming to deliveries of online shopping, the whole week you fail to deliver parcels that you smsed telling me about scheduled delivery and it never takes place, with foschini group is always next day delivery but with truworths and identity yoh its a different story no urgency in delivering orders

09 Sept 2022, 18:02The least you could do is provide customers with tracking number and logistics numbers, waiting in darkness is a no no.. One can't even track the movement of the parcels I doubt there is a delivery that will happen
