Silly policies
Really disappointed in Truworths silly policy. I purchased a pair of shoes threw their fashion delivery process. I was never notified that they will credit the account if it is not picked up within 2 weeks off being at the branch. Really silly policy cause item was paid for and I could not get their sooner. I had no reminder stating that if not picked up they will credit the account. Now I sit without that product. Returning an item on my account that I paid for is not legal. Accessing my account without me present is *******. What else can you guys do without me being around. WA Wasted my time and my money.

I do understand that your policy states that "If not collected within 14 days it will be credited". What I am stating is that your policy does not make a sense , if I have already paid for the item. The item is off your stock and has been paid for. Change you policy.
I would have not complained if your consultant could have sourced the same item.
