<p>These peiople are useless, none of them know to get the job done and its frustrating having to call in and have to hold for an agent to tell you ""im going to check"" the 1st time i called the silly person said she cant see that im paying insurance, the next time i called the other person did not know which phone i have insured with you them, the next silly person says they can see phone was collected and i should wait the next said they cant see that the phone was collected and they need the way bill. why cant this call centre hire competent people. None of them know what thay are doing and today ive been told a Team leade Riaz will check and call back at 10am coz he too cant see anything on his side. *****s! they are very quick to debit the insurance premiums but cant hire people to work and speak sense.</p>
