SICK OF TRUWORTHS..
I had an account with Truworths round about 2012, i could not make the payments as i lost my previous Job. In April 2014, one of the Legal companies made contact with me regarding the account, i then sent them an email with my banking details to conduct a debit order and they did not, that now became my problem. I could not have any telephonic contact as i also work in a Call Centre environment..<br> <br> They then handed over the account to MBDLC, which i had to contact to make the payment, i paid it off, NOW WHERE THE HELL ON EARTH IS MY STATEMENT?? OR LETTER OF SETTLEMENT, these people make me sick!!
