Shrinked men's shirt

Purchased a men's shirt, XL, fitted perfect, after wash, the neat (hard material) shirt shrinked I went to Truworths Tygervalley, a cashier assisted me, but then a supervisor lady, Shanice Jooste took over, refused to return shrinked shirt , she 1st went to the floor, came back with a different material type shirt, to MEASURE an XL size. I then said how can she measure to different types of shirt to a size, then she said, she's going to sent the shirt to where ever, to get info regarding shrink. Does Shanice Jooste have the right to make decisions like this, Truworths doesn't belong to her, she didn't make the shirt, she's only working for Truworths.

I want further assistance, this is going viral in social media, enough is enough of this type of service delivery, the men's shirt cost me a lot of money, how can it be worn now
