Shopping experience of helĺ

I was disgusted today at how inaccessible the Clearwater store is to pay for shopping. Other shoppers had to squeeze past me in my wheelchair, which I don't appreciate from a personal space point of view. Some till operators laughed at my irriation with nobody understanding that the pillars that are drilled into the ground, preventing me from easily accessing the tills, and resulting in a frustrating shopping experience. Your manager did not even have an answer, which is pathetic!!! I will not shop at a shop that thinks nothing of disabled people...DISGUSTING, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY, EVEN IF WE ARE A MINORITY!!!! I WILL POST THIS ON AS MANY FORUMS AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT PEOPLE SHOPPING AT TRUWORTHS FOR BEING SO BACKWARD AND DISCRIMINATING! My friends and family will support this andcthey will teĺl their circle of family and friends, hoping your customer base dwindles to nothing, due to the non-consideration and backward attitude you display to me, as a once customer. I chose to leave my shopping items at the till, as I cannot support a brand / store that ignores disability rights and issues! You aeriously need to look into a disability ausit of your stores to highlight issues.

Truworths have no customer service, just lip service to a lot of promises of fixing problems, but nothing more. Evidence is firstly the response to this post 9 days after my initial post.
Secondly, although I got a response from my Facebook post, I recommended a delivery of items I intended to buy, but made it clear I was not going to pay for delivery, which was confirmed. I was charged for delivery, which was 4 days later than scheduled. Being **** to is against any sound customer service practice!!!
Lastly, my initial issue at the store was inaccessibility, and would like to know what will be done to make Clearwater and other stores more accessible. Your fitting rooms have never been wheelchair accessible, and need to know what is being done in that regard. I have had to buy clothes, try them on in shopping centre toilets, then return to the store if I needed a change in size. That is not acceptable in this day and age!!!
As a disability activist, I want to know action plans and timelines, so that I can acknowledge if this is a priority for Truworths, or if it is just lip service that I have experienced thus far, and continue to be?!
