SHOCKING TRUWORTHS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order for a shirt on 5 December 2023. I haven’t received my shirt until today. They do not provide adequate delivery information for you to track your order. Their call centre is absolutely useless as all they do is read out the delivery information provided by their delivery provider.

They said that delivery was attempted but no one answered. I arranged delivery for the second time and yesterday again, no one called me or made the delivery. I called the call centre today and was told that the delivery was unsuccessful as no one was at home. This is a total lie. No one delivered or bothered to call me. The agent told me that she will escalate the matter and put me on hold without my permission. I have been holding for more than 10 minutes and no one has checked in with me. I wonder if that is how they treat customers whom they are clueless at helping. They just hope that the customer will hang up and call back to speak with another agent.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

Stay away from ordering online from Truworths at all costs.
