SHOCKING SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER AT TRUWORTHS MUS

Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.
We acknowledge your frustration and wish to advise that customers are allowed to enter our stores up until closing time. According to the Store Manager, he personally closed the doors at 18h00. The security guard informed customers who came to the door after this time that the store was closed.
The Store Manager reported that he noticed you at the door talking to the security guard and he intervened. The Store Manager denies the allegations made by you, and informed us that you did not have your card with you on the day of your visit. This being said, the security guard has admitted to having made the statement, and has apologized as it was not her intention to cause you any insult or upset. We have brought this to the attention of the security company contracted to Truworths.
We believe that following your return to the store the following day, your query was successfully resolved.
