Shocking Service

Shocking service at Truworths Musina Mall. A watch that was still under guarantee stopped working, and the store manager refused to accept it, claiming “water damage” with absolutely no proof and without any technical assessment. She openly admitted she is not a technician, yet still made a final decision. I had to personally go to the store the next day and even quote the Consumer Protection Act (Section 56) before the item was finally booked for repair. No customer should have to fight this hard just to have their rights respected. The attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely frustrating. This kind of service damages trust in the brand. I expect this matter to be properly investigated and for Truworths to ensure their staff are trained on basic consumer rights and customer service. Very disappointing experience.
