Shocking quality and poor service
22/02/2015 - returned a pair of LEATHER Daniel Hecther shoes (Truworths Pavillion). They were nearly a year old but being such a \reputable"brand & leather"

The service described in your post is in no way a reflection of our international standards of customer service which we strive to provide at all times and therefore we wish to extend our sincerest apologies.
Our Returns Policy for defective merchandise is in line with the requirements set out under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We are of the opinion that this policy is fair and that six months is a sufficient period of time for such merchandise to be returned.
We believe that the Store and Area Manager of the store mentioned in your post has assessed the shoes and found that the defect caused to the shoes was not as a result of a manufacturing fault.
We trust that we have satisfactorily addressed your concerns and will be in contact with you regarding the results from our Quality Assurance department.
