SHOCKING ONLINE SERVICE

Made an online purchase on the 28th of January and I'm still waiting for the goods!!!! No one answers the phone when you call the call centre and no one replies to the e-mails querying delivery. Are you even real or was I ****med out of money for a **** online store???????????? Just shocking! Apparently should take 5-7 working days!!!!! Are you even real??????? Is there anyone out there that can help???????????
