Shocking customer service from Truworths

Hi<br> Since Naartjie is part of Truworths, I email a query 1 month ago. I recieved no response. A month later a very helpful lady calls me to appologise for late response. I was about to go into a meeting so could not take her details and realised she had my old email address. So I called Truworths customer services, the same number which called me to try get help. 4 phone calls later and I am still no further. I keep getting back to customer services who will not help with any Naartjie queries except for giving me an email address. After waiting a month for the first email to be returned..... i am definately not leaving it to another email. Eventually customer services after all managers apparently in meetings and no one can help puts the phone down on me.<br> Great customer services Truworths.... Not! Where is the customer service in not being able to help clients from ALL your brands! Shocking
