SHOCKED BY BAD TRUWORTHS SERVICE
App**** for a Truworths account but was declined. Truworths cannot provide me with the reasons why which goes against "Treat Customers Fairly" principles. I never been rejected for credit in 24 years and I'm not listed on ITC. I was first told that my cellphone number that I use for years is ********** but then they say no other reasons can be provided and cut the call.

I was told that due to the system not providing a response on a credit checks, it is assumed that I don't qualify- again, this is not a valid reason to decline someone for an account. Seems like copy and paste responses from Truworths as some of the other complaints have exactly the same response as above.

A bunch of ***** and a company that does not know what is going on. I never app**** for an account in July, yet your response says I app**** for an account in July.
