I recently visited Northgate to return a pair of shoes due to their poor quality. During my interaction with the manager kosi thawla, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior. The manager was dismissive and continuously interrupted our conversation to attend to other matters, leaving me waiting for extended periods. After half an hour, the manager finally located the receipt but then suggested I select a different item. In the shoe section, I received no assistance for over 10 minutes. When I returned to the manager, she continued to prioritize other tasks over resolving my issue. Eventually, I was offered a refund, but the card machine was conveniently "out of order." This experience reflects very poorly on the store's customer service standards."
