Shame on you Truworths head office

I can not believe in this day and age a company can not look after their staff to this extent in 2025. I have been buying from truworths Newcastle on Allen street for years now. I know the staff and they know me. They are truly amazing people. But each time I go there and it's a HOT day the staff and customers are close to fainting due to the humidity and heat within the shop. Head office is not even kind enough to provide the shop with a repaired Aircon let alone a fan or two the shop is so big and so far from the front door there's honestly no air in there. You guys make how much off us customers and these people work so hard to me people like me happy and u can't even provide them with a darn fan.

These conditions are disgusting honestly and really unfair. These wonderful people do not deserve this honestly. Shame on you Truworths head office you can not tell me you don't know there is a problem. Shame on you.
