Hi Truworths
I am lodging a complaint against you today for your extremely horrible services.
I have recently opened a truworths account, about three months ago, I moved from Markhams to Truworths expecting better services...i was horribly wrong, apparently my account is blocked, so i couldn't do any purchases from my account, I phone your customer services which treat you lower than dog faeces, you are basically at their mercy of whether they like you or not, they will decide if they will or will not assist you, utterly horrible customer services...horrible, excruciatingly horrible.
I spoke to the lady she said there was a security check done on my account, and apparently I did not pass the security check(that's why it's blocked) . I left the store came home phoned your customer services and I passed the security check. So hopefully when I go do a payment it's sorted out.
But now I'm getting messages saying i have not made payments and I'm owing truworths money. When every month I make the payment on time.
Please tell me why I owe you money, and this is the second complaint I'm having against Truworths in a very short span of 4 months.

We acknowledge your frustration regarding communications about the status of your Truworths account. However, when an account reflects in arrears, the account holder will receive various forms of communication, in order to obtain a suitable payment arrangement.
It is important for us to inform our customers that their creditworthiness is an asset, and we are concerned that the account will incur late payment fees and that your profile held with us and at the credit bureaus would be negatively affected.
We can confirm that your payment made on 02 June 2019 has been received; however, your account reflects an amount due (installment and past amount due). We can further confirm that one of our consultants has been in contact with you and wish to advise that in order for us to assist we kindly request to send us the proof of payment.
