Service does not exists!!

I think they with Eskom and a South African national bank the worst service provider!! For weeks I am getting Threads now that my acc is overdue and I will be handed over. After 1/2 dozen phone calls from I’ll trained “consultants “ and the assurance the problem is solved guaranteed the next day again an annoying call wasting my time and the left hand does not know what ghe right is doing. Shocking!
