Service delivery

So me and my husband have accounts at thruworths.

We tried to purchase online mine worked perfect and I made an order and its confirmed on its way to Promenade mall.

My husband on the other is asked to link his account which was not asked for me. So we don't understand this set up.

My husband called head office their phones is busy since 9 this morning. Customer service put you on hold and he wasted a 60r airtime. Online contact don't even answer at all he wasted airtime waiting on them to answer aswell.
