I had the most pleasant experience with a lady called Zolisa (or Xolisa, unsure of spelling) telephonically at the Canal Walk Truworths store on Tuesday afternoon. She assisted me in getting hold of the N1 City store whose phone was just ringing with no answer all day, she facilitated them putting an item aside for me to collect (even called me back to confirm).
