Good Day I just had a bad experience at one of your stores at Truworths Brits Mall, I went there this morning and did not have truworths card,an was asked to present ID or Drivers Licence .I therefore presented my drivers licence which expired during lockdown period , and the certain Wendy lady told me the licence has expired i cannot use it and they cannot help me.I tried explaining that according to Government Regulations Under lockdown expired licences in the period of lockdown is still deemed valid for the next 3 months and she insisted that I must still present the ID or they will not assist me ,I find this very uninformed and irritating because she cannot overrule what the government has already gazetted ,the fortunate thing is I had a copy of my ID on my cellphone and its then she could assist me after some arguments , and the worst is she was not even friendly in assisting me .
